We aim to provide a seamless experience from order to delivery, with reliable shipping and a straightforward return process.

Free Worldwide Shipping

All Brummell orders include fully tracked international delivery. We work exclusively with premium logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days from placing the order. Timing may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns and exchanges can be handled in two ways: You may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice, or Brummell can arrange a return or exchange for a flat fee of $49.

For exchanges, the return shipping fee is charged to the original payment method. For returns, the fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Taxes and Duties

No additional duties or taxes are charged on orders delivered to the United States or the European Union. For other countries, duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations.
